 By booking a consultation with M4 Tax Pros, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Consultation:
   Booking a consultation does not guarantee the availability of services. Our team will assess your specific needs during the consultation to determine if our services are a good fit.
2. Consultation Purpose:
   The consultation is intended to discuss your tax-related needs and determine how our services can best support you. It is not a formal service agreement.
3. Booking and Scheduling:
   • You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking your consultation.
   • All consultations must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
   • Failure to attend the consultation without prior notice may result in a fee of $35 or inability to book future consultations.

   Any information shared during the consultation is confidential and will only be used to assess your eligibility for services. We take your privacy seriously and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
2. Limitation of Liability:
   While we strive to provide accurate information, the consultation does not constitute financial or legal advice. You agree that M4 Tax Pros is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the consultation.
3. Service Availability:
   Our services are subject to availability in your area. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine that we are unable to meet your specific needs.
4. Changes to Terms:
   M4 Tax Pros reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and you will be required to agree to the updated terms when booking future consultations.
